Change 101
This is an introductory class which:

  • Clarifies where you are in your life and where you want to be
  • Leads you to discover what stage of change readiness you are in now
  • Identifies which of your strengths you can use to make these changes successfully

This one-month group class consists of three 1 1/2 hour classes.

This is a continuation of Change 101 which:

  • Focuses on which changes are priority right now
  • Guides you to actual change within two weeks
  • Gives you tools and choices for future coaching or for going on by yourself until you are ready for more coaching

Private Phone Sessions
Private Coaching is also available at $50.00 for each 45 minute session, payable prior to the first session. A minimum of three months contract is required.
